Our personal trainers are educated professionals, often with years of experience, who can help any YMCA member! This includes new moms, seniors, athletes, etc.

We take great care in matching members with the right personal trainer. Your initial visit includes a review of your health history, lifestyle & goals. Your personal trainer can then help you achieve goals through one-on-one attention, accountability and expertise. You can purchase Personal Training sessions individually, or in groupds of five or ten sessions. Additionally, you can partner up and participate in group personal training.

CHRIS LEWIS

Chris is an ACE certified personal trainer dedicated to empowering others through health and wellness. He loves connecting with new people and learning about their unique health journeys. With a supportive and pressure-free approach, Chris collaborates with you to achieve your goals-whether they are big or small.

 

CASSIE ADAMS

Cassie is a NASM certified personal trainer and has been training for 6 years and loves all types of fitness. She’s a busy momma of 4 and they enjoy going to the Y with mom. Cassie loves personalizing programs to help others reach their health goals and have fun doing it!

 

Cole Chase-Cochrane

Cole is a personal trainer with over 10 years of weightlifting experience and a lifelong passion for fitness. Cole is dedicated to helping everyone feel, look, and move better in their daily lives. A 12 year military veteran, Cole combines discipline and commitment as a certified personal trainer and Certified nutrition coach through NASM. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push your limits, Cole is here to help you achieve your goals and build a healthier, stronger you.
